Refund policy

These shirts are printed to order, one at a time, so we do not keep stock to swap things in and out of. That shapes the policy below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If the print is wrong, the shirt is faulty, or you got the wrong size or colour from what you ordered, we replace it free. Email hello@dresscodeviolation.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You do not need to send the original back.

Ordered the wrong size

Check the size guide on the product page before ordering, because a made-to-order shirt cannot be resold. If you ordered the wrong size we cannot refund it, but email us anyway and we will do what we reasonably can.

Changed your mind

Because each shirt is made for you after you order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Cancelling

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we can usually cancel before it reaches the printer. After that it is already being made.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take a few days more to show it. If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed a refund, email hello@dresscodeviolation.shop.
