Returns

For orders delivered to the EU, UK or United States, contact hello@dresscodeviolation.shop within 14 days of delivery, including your order number. Return the shirt within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage is your responsibility.

Shirts should be returned unwashed, undamaged and unworn, except for trying them on to check the fit. Washing, wear or damage beyond this will result in a deduction reflecting the loss in value. This does not apply to faults or damage present on delivery.

Refunds include the purchase price and standard outbound delivery charge and are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request. If we have not received the shirt or proof of return by then, the refund will be issued once we receive either.

For other destinations, we do not offer change-of-mind returns except where local consumer rights apply.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a printing fault or differs from your order, email hello@dresscodeviolation.shop with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Return instructions

Email us with your order number for return instructions before posting your shirt. Do not send returns directly to a print partner. Contacting us for instructions does not change the return deadlines above.

For an order delivered in separate parcels, the 14-day return notification period starts when the final item arrives. Return postage is paid by us for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items that we ask you to send back.

To cancel your purchase, send us a clear statement by email or post. You can use this wording: “I wish to cancel my purchase of [items], order number [number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and address are [details].” Include the date and, for a paper notice, your signature.
