Dress Code Violation is a clothing brand operated by Tiago Lemos, a sole trader based in Portugal.

These terms apply to purchases from dresscodeviolation.shop. Shopify provides the store platform; your purchase is from us.

Our products and print partners

Our shirts are printed to order. We use Printify and its network of print partners, including Printify Choice. The printer and country of production can vary according to the product, delivery destination and availability. Local production is used where available, but is not guaranteed. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Product images may be digital mockups. Screen settings and printing can cause minor differences in colour and placement. Refer to the product description and size guide before ordering. These possible variations do not remove your right to receive goods that match their description and meet applicable legal standards.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or offered for your market. The checkout shows your order's currency, item prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges and taxes collected before you pay. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Product prices and promotions can change for future purchases. The price agreed for an accepted order is not changed retrospectively. Offers apply only while active and subject to the conditions shown with the offer and at checkout.

Orders and corrections

Check your selected products, sizes, colours, email and delivery details before placing an order. If you notice a mistake or want to cancel, contact us promptly with your order number. We will try to stop or amend production, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered production. This does not limit statutory cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights.

If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or there is a material listing error, we will contact you where possible. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any related delivery charge owed to you.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to supported destinations worldwide, not to every country or territory. Availability and rates depend on the delivery address, products and current fulfillment coverage. The available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Production and transit are separate. An estimate marked “after dispatch” begins when the parcel ships and does not include printing or order processing. See our Shipping Policy for production estimates and delivery information. Estimates do not remove your statutory rights if delivery is late or fails.

Where an order crosses a border, customs procedures may affect delivery. Any import charges not collected at checkout depend on the destination's rules. Contact us before ordering if these are unclear; nothing in these terms overrides our obligation to disclose charges as required by law.

Contact us if your parcel is lost, damaged or has not arrived as expected. We remain responsible for resolving order issues with our print partners and carriers; you do not have to negotiate a remedy with a printer yourself.

Returns

Our Refund Policy explains return deadlines, return conditions and refunds, including how to report damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Your consumer rights remain protected.

Using this store

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security, misuse another person's payment details or submit fraudulent orders. References in designs to people, organisations or cultural works do not imply their endorsement. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.

Responsibility and changes

Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes protections you have under the mandatory law applicable to your purchase. Contact us first if something is wrong so we can help resolve it.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable when you place your order governs that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
