Shipping policy

Every shirt is printed to order. We use a network of print partners, with local fulfilment in supported regions where available. Your order may ship from another country depending on the shirt and local availability.

Production

Production begins after your order is processed and submitted to our print partner. Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days of submission. Production can take longer during busy periods or when stock is limited. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery

Shipping prices and estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates labelled "after dispatch" begin when your order ships and do not include production. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You receive a tracking link by email when tracking becomes available. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland and many other supported destinations worldwide. Availability depends on the delivery address and our print partners' current coverage. Some countries and territories are excluded.

Shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. New Zealand shipping is NZ$15 per order. Other shipping prices are shown at checkout in the checkout currency. Rates for larger orders may be higher.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email hello@dresscodeviolation.shop with your order number and we will sort it out. Lost and damaged parcels are replaced at our cost.

Wrong address

We print the address exactly as you enter it. If it is wrong and the parcel comes back to us, we will resend it once you send the correct address. If the parcel is gone, we cannot replace it for free.
